Ereena is a Podiatrist who has over a decade experience working with patients at high risk of lower limb ulceration and amputation. Working across tertiary hospitals in Hobart and Adelaide, Ereena believes that patients with complex comorbid conditions such as renal failure, neuropathy, diabetes, severe foot deformity or vascular disease require a collaborative approach to prevention and care of foot health complications to maximise their quality of life.
Committed to providing evidence-based care to ensure best outcomes, Ereena has continued her professional development with post graduate training in Wound Management, Podiatry, Student Education and Public Health. As an Endorsed Podiatrist, she is able to prescribe prescription medications such as antibiotics allowing rapid treatment of infections without the delay of waiting for additional appointments. Ereena accepts referrals from all health professionals or self-referrals for patients who have active foot ulcerations or those who are at risk of developing one.
