Your Questions Answered

What happens during the first visit?
You will discuss your symptoms and referral letter with our AVC Specialists along with any other investigative reports (e.g., xrays, scans).
What do I need to bring to my first consult?
Please bring your medicare card, any current medication you are on and a copy of your referral letter.
How long does the first consultation go for?
Typically the first consult goes for about 30 minutes, but this may vary depending on your condition.
Is there an appointment cancellation fee?
CANCELLATION POLICY 

Advanced Vascular Care 647 South Road, Black Forest SA 5035 As our appointments are in high demand, early cancellation will allow other patients the possibility of seeing the doctor. 

NON-ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION FEES 

If you wish to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, please contact AVC a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment on 7077 0026. 

If your appointment is scheduled on Monday, notice of cancellation, or change of appointment must be given by 3:00pm Friday prior to your appointment.

 Patients not attending or who cancel their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may attract a non-attendance fee. 

*The non-attendance fee for a standard appointment is currently $30. 

*The non-attendance fee for a new patient appointment is currently $50.
